Responsibilities will include serving as lead cook onboard and coordinating volunteers to help in the galley with cooking and cleaning duties. This could be the most important position on the ship. Good food puts a smile on the faces of all volunteers and crew. STCW 2010 is required and must have experience cooking for large groups.
